Cleaned up all the fragments, fixed his hands, and everything about him seems smoother. Much happier with him now!

If you were to revisit it, I'd clean up the whiteish pixels around his wrist and hair - maybe along the edge of the jacket too. I'd also just cut out the back hand and animate it going back and forth so the hand doesn't change shape and skew so much.
